Star Wars: The Bad Batch: “Juggernaut” | TV Review

This week’s episode of The Bad Batch was extremely depressing. I loved it, but boy oh boy I need Omega to be safe. In “Juggernaut”, I just did not feel that she was safe.

At the end of last week’s dual episode release, Omega turned herself in to the Empire in hope that Clone Force 99 would be able to track her and the Empire back to Mount Tantiss. Unfortunately, it didn’t go the way that either she or Crosshair wanted, and they didn’t get the tracker on the ship.

This week, Omega is held captive by Hemlock. She’s trapped on Mount Tantiss and is once again being subjected to testing. She’s a prisoner.

The bulk of this episode followed our clone trio shooting their way and driving out of an Imperial labor camp to try and free the now former Admiral Rampart, because he knows how to get to Mount Tantiss. Obviously, that was successful.

The episode ends with Hemlock locking Omega in the pit/prison with the other Project Necromancer victims. It was creepy.

I’ve said this multiple times now, but when this show was announced, I did not understand why this was a thing. Now, however, I’m a big fan of all of these characters, and I’ll be really bummed when it all ends

There are only three episodes of The Bad Batch left! That’s crazy. It feels like we just started yesterday. Here’s hoping for a fantastic finale. What will happen to our “big four” remaining? Here’s hoping everyone is safe, but you never know!
