Season 2 of Marvel’s What If…? comes to a wrap with “What If… Strange Supreme Intervened?”. The episode was short on story but heavy on action, and it brought the story being told over the first two seasons to a solid conclusion.
It’s clear by now that they’re building up Captain Britain Peggy Carter to make the crossover from animation into live action. That will likely come in the eventual Avengers: Secret Wars movie currently scheduled for 2027. One of the things I enjoy the most in these What If…? episodes is seeing the Avengers combinations in the different universes. For the universe featuring the main Captain Britain Peggy Carter, there is an interesting difference in the teams from the MCU group.
